党建引领片区化推进乡村全面振兴的实践逻辑与优化路径OA

Ag ainst the dual strategic backdrop of comprehensively advancing rural revitalization and the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,cross-provincial strong village companies have emerged as a new type of organizational vehicle that transcends administrative boundaries and enables regional coordinated development.Taking Chongqing Yong-Lu Strong Village Agricultural Development Co.,Ltd.,the first cross-provincial strong village company in Sichuan and Chongqing,as the research subject,this paper systematically examines the practical mechanisms of Party building-led regionalized advancement of comprehensive rural revitalization.The study finds that:(1)under the leadership of the joint Party committee,the joint construction and co-development of organizations,industries,and infrastructure have broken down administrative barriers and consolidated the foundation for regional development;(2)the agglomeration of park platforms and the integration of traditional and emerging business formats have expanded industrial development space;(3)the combination of"hard policy support"and"soft mechanism guarantee"has innovated the interest linkage mechanism;and(4)the four-dimensional theoretical framework of"subject—goal—operation—guarantee"reveals the collaborative governance logic of Party building-led regionalized advancement of comprehensive rural revitalization.The study also identifies practical dilemmas including insufficient depth of three-industry integration,imperfect interest distribution mechanisms,and a shortage of professional managers.In response,this paper proposes optimization paths such as empowering industrial integration with new quality agricultural productivity,embedding operator incentives into the interest distribution chain,and establishing a talent cultivation system that integrates internal development with external introduction,aiming to provide replicable and extendable practical experience for the regionalized advancement of comprehensive rural revitalization.
