基于文献计量学的灵芝多糖的研究现状及热点分析OA

Objective To summarize and analyze the research history,development status and future trends of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides in the past 30 years.Methods The relevant literature data sets of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides in China Knowledge Network Database(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)core databases were retrieved.VOSviewer software and CiteSpace software in Java language environment were used to visually analyze the number of publications,authors,institutions,countries,keywords,clustering and burst words.Results A total of 704 valid literatures were included,257 in English and 447 in Chinese.Since 1992,the literature published on ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides showed a fluctuating upward trend,and the research advantage of Chinese literature was greater than that of English literature in terms of time and quantity;the author with the largest total number of literature in Chinese and English was LIN Zhibin,who had a greater influence on the field of ganoderma lucidum research.Among the publishing institutions,the highest number of literatures was published by the Department of Medicine of Peking University.The keyword analysis showed that the main research contents of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides were based on process extraction,followed by pharmacological effect and clinical application research.Conclusion The research on the production process of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides still needs to be improved and explored.The research hotspots of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide mainly focus on immune regulation,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor aspects.Technology research,technology extraction and clinical application related research are still hot spots in the future,and researchers should further explore.
