姜黄的文献计量学研究:热点与趋势分析OA

Objective To conduct a digital analysis of the application and research status of Jianghuang(Curcumae Longae Rhizoma),revealing research trends and key themes in the field,and to provide breakthroughs for subsequent research.Methods Literature related to Jianghuang(Curcumae Longae Rhizoma)in both Chinese and English was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Academic Journal Database(Wanfang Data),Scientific Journal Database(VIP),and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),covering the period from January 1,2010 to December 31,2025.CiteSpace(version 6.4.R1)software was used to perform co-occurrence,clustering,and timeline analyses and visualization of authors,institutions,and keywords in the published literature.Results A total of 21,938 relevant records were initially identified.After deduplication and screening,3,930 records were finally included.The annual publication volume showed a fluctuating upward trend.The journal with the highest number of publications was Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs.The most prolific author was XU Jianhua.Major research institutions included Wenzhou Medical University,Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.High-frequency keywords included"curcumin","animal experiment",and"proliferation".Research frontiers involved molecular docking,inflammation,and migration.Conclusion Currently,the main research themes on Jianghuang(Curcumae Longae Rhizoma)focus on active components,mechanism of action,clinical applications,and administration methods,indicating that Jianghuang(Curcumae Longae Rhizoma),as a traditional Chinese medicinal herb,holds significant research and application value in modern medicine.In recent years,the molecular mechanisms related to the anti-tumor effects of Jianghuang(Curcumae Longae Rhizoma)and the drug delivery systems for curcumin have become hot topics in this field and are expected to remain highly active for some time.Meanwhile,further exploration and validation of additional pharmacological actions and clinical applications of Jianghuang(Curcumae Longae Rhizoma)are needed.
