枳壳"成分—药理—质控—炮制"研究热点与趋势的文献计量学分析OA
Bibliometric analysis of research hotspots and trends in the components,pharmacology,quality control,and processing of Zhiqiao(Aurantii Fructus)
目的 通过文献计量学方法,对枳壳领域的研究进行图谱呈现与量化分析;并结合系统性综述,深入剖析关于枳壳研究主题的动态演进过程,以明确当前的研究热点、前沿领域及未来走向.方法 将中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science(WOS)核心数据库作为本次研究的数据来源,搜索 2005 年 1 月 1 日到 2025 年 10 月 12 日与枳壳相关的研究文献,运用CiteSpace 6.4软件进行关键词共现、聚类及时间线分析,并对高频关键词表征的四大研究模块进行系统综述.结果 共纳入 648 篇中文文献、298 篇英文文献,年发文量稳步上升.中文研究聚焦"新橙皮苷—指纹图谱—质量标准"链条,英文研究以"flavonoids—antioxi-dant activity—mass spectrometry"为核心.聚类识别四大模块:化学成分(黄酮类、挥发油、生物碱、多糖三萜类),药理作用(调节胃肠功能、保护心血管、抗炎免疫),质量控制(指纹图谱—多指标定量综合评价),炮制工艺(麸炒等对成分谱与药效的调控).时间线分析表明研究主题由基础解析向机理深化拓展.结论 枳壳研究呈现多学科交叉融合特征,中文研究侧重构建"成分解析—质控标准"的应用框架,英文研究聚焦"活性成分—药理机制"的深入探索,两者范式互补,共同构成该领域的核心研究格局.
Objective To map and quantitatively analyze the research on Zhiqiao(Aurantii Fructus)using bibliometric methods,and to deeply investigate the dynamic evolution of research topics through a systematic review,thereby identifying current research hotspots,frontier areas,and future directions.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)Core Collection were used as data sources to retrieve research literature related to Zhiqiao(Aurantii Fructus)published from January 1,2005,to October 12,2025.CiteSpace 6.4 software was employed to perform keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and timeline analyses,and a systematic review was conducted on the four major research modules characterized by high-frequency keywords.Results A total of 648 Chinese and 298 English articles were included,with a steady annual increase in publication numbers.Chinese research centered on the"neohesperidin-fingerprint-quality standard"chain,while English studies focused on"flavonoids-antioxidant activity-mass spectrometry".Cluster analysis identified four major modules,namely chemical composition(flavonoids,volatile oils,alkaloids,polysaccharides,triterpenoids),pharmacological effects(gastrointestinal regulation,cardiovascular protection,anti-inflammatory and immune effects),quality control(fingerprint-multi-index quantitative comprehensive evaluation),and processing technology(e.g.,bran frying and its modulation of the component profile and efficacy).Timeline analysis indicated a shift from basic analysis to mechanistic deepening.Conclusion Research on Zhiqiao(Aurantii Fructus)exhibits multidisciplinary characteristics.Chinese research emphasizes the application framework of"component analysis-quality control standards",while English research focuses on in-depth exploration of"active components-pharmacological mechanisms".The two paradigms complement each other,jointly forming the core research landscape of this field.
