目的 基于"标准汤剂"质量传递理念,构建一个以水溶性浸出物为核心指标,整合多维鉴别与关键成分定量的绿豆质量综合评价新体系.方法 收集全国 18 批次绿豆样品,采用显微鉴别观察绿豆组织粉末特征;建立薄层色谱(TLC)专属鉴别法;参照《中华人民共和国药典》2025 年版四部通则中的试验方法,测定样品的水分、总灰分及水溶性热浸法浸出物含量;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定浸出物中牡荆苷与异牡荆苷的含量,并对指标进行关联分析.结果 牡荆苷含量为 0.44~0.80 mg/g,异牡荆苷含量为 0.37~0.71 mg/g,浸出物含量与两个黄酮苷总量具有统计学意义的正相关关系(相关系数r=0.469,P<0.05).结论 本研究建立的多维评价体系,可全面反映绿豆的质量,为临床应用及质量标准提升提供依据.

Objective To establish a new comprehensive quality evaluation system for mung bean based on the quality transfer concept of the"standard decoction",using water-soluble extractives as the core index and integrating multi-dimensional identification with quantitative determination of key components.Methods Eighteen batches of mung bean samples were collected from various regions across China.Microscopic identification was performed to observe tissue and powder characteristics.A specific thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method was established.According to methods described in the general chapters of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2025 Edition,Volume IV),the content of moisture,total ash,and water-soluble hot-extraction extractives were determined.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to quantify the content of vitexin and isovitexin in the extractives,and correlation analysis was carried out on the indicators.Results The content of vitexin ranged from 0.44 to 0.80 mg/g,and that of isovitexin from 0.37 to 0.71 mg/g.A statistically significant positive correlation was found between the extractive content and the total amount of the two flavonoid glycosides(correlation coefficient r=0.469,P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional evaluation system established in this study can comprehensively reflect the quality of mung bean,providing a basis for clinical application and the improvement of quality standards.
