基于"脾肾同治"探讨山药在糖尿病肾病防治中的作用OA

Starting from TCM theory,this paper elucidates the physiological relationship between the spleen and kidney,the pathogenesis evolution of spleen-kidney deficiency in diabetic kidney disease(DKD),and the staging application strategy of"simultaneous treatment of the spleen and kidney".Based on this theory,it systematically reviews the role of Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)in preventing and treating DKD.By consulting relevant classical TCM texts,this paper verifies numerous classic formulas containing Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)for preventing and treating DKD,and systematically analyzes their compatibility,dosage,processing methods,administration methods,therapeutic efficacy,and indications.The systematic review reveals that Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)highly aligns with the pathogenesis of spleen-kidney deficiency in DKD,making it an ideal herb for preventing and treating DKD under the guidance of the"simultaneous treatment of the spleen and kidney"theory.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the precise clinical application of Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)in DKD management and for optimizing TCM prevention and treatment strategies for DKD.It also lays a foundation for future in-depth modern pharmacological and clinical research on Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)in preventing and treating DKD.
