"康复之桥"双向转诊标准化数据集成与交互平台的设计与实现OA

Objective To construct a"Rehabilitation Bridge"standardized data integration and interaction platform for bidi-rectional referral,so as to enhance the efficiency of data exchange between hospitals and rehabilitation centers.Methods A"Rehabilitation Bridge"standardized data integration and interaction platform for bidirectional referral was designed with a B/S architecture and a"cloud-edge-end"collaborative hybrid processing architecture,deployed with Linux server and developed with PHP and MySQL,which improved data exchange efficiency through the design of underlying data structures,data synchronization mechanisms,data cleansing workflows,security control policies and front-end referral query functions.Results The application of the platform increased the efficiencies of data retrieval and rehabilitation patient referral,and contributed to alleviating the strain on the hospital information system(HIS)during peak hours.Conclusion The platform significantly raised the efficiency of cross-institutional medical resource sharing,effectively solved the problems of data silos and fragmented processes and provided solutions to the problem of inefficient medical data flow within information systems during the development of regional rehabilitation centers.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2026,47(5):44-49]
