残余药液核销机器人的设计与应用OA
Design and application of verification and disposal robot for residual liquid medicine
目的:针对人工智能辅助的患者自控镇痛泵(artificial intelligence patient controlled analgesia,AI-PCA)中残余药液处置不规范、处置效率低的问题,设计一种残余药液核销机器人.方法:残余药液核销机器人硬件由放置AI-PCA的机柜、下位机控制系统、人机交互系统和监控系统组成.其中,机柜内部设有存放组件和C波段紫外线灯组件等,外部设有指纹模组、刷卡模组和电容触摸屏等;下位机控制系统由主控模块、近场通信(near field communication,NFC)识别模块、ZigBee无线通信模块、上下位机交互模块和外围控制模块(包括紫外线消毒控制模块和智能柜门锁控制模块)组成;人机交互系统采用高性能智能电动机锁作为驱动核心,支持指纹、NFC卡、账号密码及虹膜人脸识别;监控系统由云台摄像机与专业级网络硬盘录像机组成.残余药液核销机器人下位机软件基于C语言开发,上位机软件基于JavaScript语言编程.结果:使用该机器人能够自动计算使用后AI-PCA的残余药液量、自动排液并生成残余药液核销登记报表,还可对AI-PCA机头进行消毒.与传统人工处置方式相比,该机器人处置单个使用后AI-PCA的时间缩短,残余药液核销登记报表正确率、双人核对执行率、AI-PCA处置合格率均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:使用该机器人处置使用后的AI-PCA既符合国家标准对麻醉药品和精神药品残余药液的处置规范,又可提高医护工作效率、降低医院交叉感染风险.
Objective To design a residual liquid medicine verification and disposal robot to solve the problems of artificial intelligence patient controlled analgesia(AI-PCA)in standardization and efficiency of residual medication handling.Methods The residual liquid medicine verification and disposal robot consisted of a cabinet housing the AI-PCA,a lower-level control system,a human-machine interface system and a monitoring system.The cabinet contained components such as a storage module and a C-band UV lamp,while its exterior featured a fingerprint module,a card reader module and a capacitive touchscreen;the lower-level control system comprised a main control module,a near-field communication(NFC)identification module,a ZigBee wireless communication module,a host-to-lower-level communication module and peripheral control modules including an ultraviolet disinfection control module and a smart cabinet door lock control module;the human-machine interface system utilized a high-performance smart electric lock as its core drive unit and was compatible to recognition by fingerprint,NFC card,account password and iris/face;the monitoring system included a PTZ camera and a professional-grade network video recorder.Software development was carried out by C language for the lower-level control system and by JavaScript language for the host.Results The robot calculated the residual medication volume in a used AI-PCA,automatically drained the residual solution,generated a residual medication disposal report and then disinfected the AI-PCA pump head.Compared with traditional manual disposal measures,it had shorter time required to dispose of a single used AI-PCA while higher accuracy in the reporting of residual medication verification and disposal,higher execution rate of two-person verification and higher rate of successful AI-PCA disposal,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the robot enables the used AI-PCA to comply with national standards for the disposal of residual anesthetic and psychotropic medications,which contributes to increasing medical staffs'efficiency and decreasing the risk of cross-infection in hospitals.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2026,47(5):37-43]
