Research and Application of Draw Control and Management System for Block Caving
自然崩落法作为厚大、破碎矿体高效回采的主要方法,其放矿过程易受矿岩块度、品位空间变异与地质条件变化的影响,导致矿石损失与贫化,制约资源回收与经济效益的提升.为此,研发了一套面向自然崩落法的放矿计划与管理系统,旨在通过系统化计划编制、智能化控制决策与可视化生产管理,全面提高放矿管理水平和经济效益.本系统采用"平台+插件"的软件体系架构与"视图层-核心层-数据层"的三层架构,集成方案设计、放矿计划、生产管理三大核心功能,并结合PostgreSQL数据库与空间数据扩展,实现统一存储与高效访问.现场应用表明,系统将日出矿品位稳定在约0.32%,日内品位波动控制在±0.01%,资源回收率提升约0.5%;按既定产量与金属价格估算,因减少金属损失而实现的的年直接经济价值约为922.2万元.研究结果表明,该系统可为自然崩落法矿山提供高效的放矿决策支持,具有良好的工程适用性与推广价值.
The block caving is one of the most efficient mining methods for large,thick,and fragmen-ted ore bodies.However,the draw control process is strongly affected by ore fragmentation,grade mixing,and variations in geological conditions,which often results in ore loss and dilution and conse-quently constrains resource recovery and economic performance.To address these issues,a draw plan-ning and management system for block caving was developed with the aim of improving draw control efficiency and economic benefits through systematic planning,intelligent decision support,and visual-ized production management.The system was developed using a platform-plugin software architecture and a three-layer framework consisting of a presentation layer,a core application layer,and a data lay-er.It integrates three key functional modules,including scheme design,draw planning,and produc-tion management,and employs PostgreSQL with spatial data extensions to enable unified data storage and efficient access.Field application results show that the system stabilizes the daily ore grade at ap-proximately 0.32%,with intraday grade fluctuations controlled within±0.01%,and increases the resource recovery rate by about 0.5%.Based on the designed production capacity and metal price,the annual reduction in metal loss is estimated to be approximately 92.22 million CNY.These results demonstrate that the proposed system provides effective decision support for block caving draw control and exhibits strong engineering applicability and promotion potential.
