纳米比亚某低品位铀矿石拌酸制粒柱浸试验研究OA
Column Leaching Experimental Study on Acid-agglomerated of a Low-grade Uranium Ore in Namibia
以纳米比亚某低品位铀矿石为研究对象,通过系统柱浸试验,优化了堆浸工艺参数.矿石特性分析表明:该铀矿石中高耗酸脉石矿物含量高,四价铀占比达68%,主要铀矿物为易浸晶质铀矿与水硅铀矿;细粒级铀富集显著,破碎至-8 mm后,-0.425 mm的细粒级占比达15.09%,其铀品位达0.032%.由于细粒级质量分数高,直接堆浸时渗透性差,须进行拌酸制粒预处理.通过柱浸试验确定了最佳工艺参数:喷淋强度20 L/(h·m2)、堆高9 m、拌酸量20 kg/t、粘结剂125 g/t、浸出剂初始酸质量浓度100 g/L.在此优化条件下,矿石浸出周期缩短至55 d,铀浸出率提升至80%.本研究成果对同类低品位细粒级的铀资源开发具有启示意义.
This study investigated parameter optimization for heap leaching of a low-grade uranium ore from Namibia deposit through systematic column leaching experiments.Mineralogical composition analysis shows that the uranium ore contains a high proportion of high acid consuming gangue miner-als,with tetravalent uranium accounting for 68%.The main uranium minerals are easily leached uraninite and coffinite.The uranium is enriched of in the fine-grainedportion.After crushing to-8 mm,the mass fraction of fine-grained uranium at-0.425 mm reaches 15.09%,and its uranium grade is as high as 0.032%,which leads to the deterioration of direct heap leaching permeability and requires acid-agglomeration pretreatment.Column leaching experiments established the optimal pa-rameter combination:irrigation rate of 20 L/(h·m2),heap height of 9 m,aciddosage for pre-agglom-eration of 20 kg/t,binder dosage of 125 g/t,and initial leachate acidity of 100 g/L H2SO4.Under op-timized conditions,the irrigation duration is shortened to 55 d,and the uranium extraction rate is in-creased to 80%.This study has demonstrative significance for the development of similar low-grade,high acid consumption,high fine-grained,and high tetravalent uranium resources.
