新疆某铀矿床采用"CO2+O2"中性浸出工艺,在用固定床处理浸出液时,随着运行时间的延长,伴随树脂吸附性能降低、淋洗与转型操作周期长、工序衔接性差等问题.为解决此类问题,开展了树脂"饱和再吸附—盐酸转型再生—水淋洗"一体化工艺研究.分析发现,树脂污染物主要含Ca、Fe、Al等元素,采用工业盐酸可有效解毒.该一体化工艺利用低浓度酸性合格液破坏离子交换平衡,促使UO2(CO3)34-转化为UO2Cl42-,实现饱和再吸附;通过盐酸转型,使树脂转化为氯铀酰型并得到活化;当用水淋洗时,随着ρ(Cl-)的降低,UO2Cl24-逐步离解为UO22+.试验表明,该工艺使树脂容量提升1倍以上,淋洗效率提高37%,操作时间缩短58.3%,水冶成本降低6.17万元/tU,实现了树脂解毒、再生转型和铀淋洗的协同操作.研究结果为"CO2+O2"中性浸出铀水冶工艺提供了高效解决方案.

A uranium deposit in Xinjiang adopts the"CO2+O2"neutral leaching process.When trea-ting the leachate with a fixed bed,the resin's adsorption capacity is reduced with the increase in oper-ating time,and there are problems such as long leaching and transformation operation cycles,and poor process connection.To solve this problem,the research has been conducted on the integrated process of resin saturation readsorption,hydrochloric acid transformation regeneration and water elu-tion.The analysis reveals that resin pollutants mainly contain elements such as Ca,Fe,Al,etc.,and industrial hydrochloric acid can effectively detoxify them.This integrated process utilizes low concen-tration acidic qualified solution to disturb ion exchange equilibrium,promoting the conversion of UO2(CO3)3-to UO2Cl42-and achieving saturation readsorption;the resin is transformed into chlorou-ranyl type and activated with hydrochloric acid transformation;during water washing,as ρ(Cl-)de-creases,UO2Cl42-gradually dissociates into UO22+.The results show that this process increases the resin capacity by more than twice,improves the leaching efficiency by 37%,shortens the operating time by 58.3%,and reduces the cost of hydrometallurgy by 61 700 yuan per ton of uranium,achie-ving the synergistic operation of resin detoxification,regeneration transformation,and uranium leac-hing.The integrated process provides an efficient solution for the"CO2+O2"neutral leaching and uranium hydrometallurgy.
