内蒙古某铀矿床东西部采区浸采率差异及其影响因素OA

浸采率不仅是衡量原地浸出效率的重要指标之一,也是衡量其技术水平的重要依据.针对内蒙古某铀矿床东部和西部采区浸采率差异较大问题,系统分析了该矿床东部与西部采区地质、水文地质特征、采区开拓工艺及运行模式.结果表明:紧贴于含矿含水层隔水底板产出的矿体,比"悬空"状产出的矿体更有利于矿层中铀的浸出;该矿床由西到东渗透系数逐渐增大,在渗透系数最有利区间(1~10 m/d)内,渗透系数1~5 m/d比5~10 m/d更有利于矿层中铀的浸出,渗透系数过大不利于铀浸出;与东部采区相比,西部采区采取独立酸化,且浸出剂酸度提升至14 g/L,将U(Ⅳ)氧化为U(Ⅵ)的同时,使含矿含水层处于有利于铀浸出的化学环境,浸出效果较好.研究成果可为同类砂岩型铀矿地浸提供借鉴.

The leaching rate is an important indicator for measuring the in-situ leaching efficiency,it is also an important basis for assessing its technical level.A uranium deposit in Inner Mongolia is mined by acid in-situ leaching process,which is divided into eastern and western mining areas.In recent years,the operation shows that there is a large difference in leaching rate between the eastern and western mining areas,and the leaching rate in the eastern mining area is significantly lower than that in the western mining area.In this paper,the geology,hydrogeological characteristics,mining devel-opment technology and operation mode of the eastern and western mining areas of the deposit were systematically analyzed,and the results show that the ore body close to the waterproof floor of the ore-bearing aquifer is more conducive to the leaching of uranium in the ore layer than the"suspended"output.The permeability coefficient of the deposit gradually increases from west to east,and the per-meability coefficient of 1~5 m/d is relatively more conducive to the leaching of uranium in the ore lay-er than that of 5~10 m/d in the most favorable range of the permeability coefficient of 1~10 m/d.Independent acidification was adopted in the western mining area,and the acidity of the leaching agent was increased to 14 m/d,which oxidized U(Ⅳ)to U(Ⅵ)and placed the ore-bearing aquifer in a fa-vorable chemical environment for uranium leaching,which significantly improved the leaching effect compared with the eastern mining area,which had obvious advantages.The research results can pro-vide a useful reference for the leaching of similar in-situ leaching sandstone-type uranium deposits.
