卒中后视觉障碍在临床中极为常见,在卒中幸存者中患病率高达75％,然而其临床识别率并不高.2025年欧洲卒中协会制定了《卒中后视觉障碍管理指南》,旨在构建覆盖全周期的标准化视觉管理路径.该指南的创新性主要体现在三个方面:一是建立了标准化的主动筛查体系;二是制定了基于分型的干预策略;三是明确了各项推荐措施的证据等级.本文重点围绕该指南在诊断与治疗方面的核心内容进行解读,以期为临床医师提供实用参考.
Post-stroke visual impairment is extremely common in clinical practice,with a prevalence of up to 75％a-mong stroke survivors.However,its clinical recognition rate remains relatively low.In 2025,the European Stroke Organisati-on released a guideline on visual impairment in stroke,aiming to establish a standardized full-cycle visual management path-way.The innovation of this guideline focuses on three key dimensions:first,the establishment of a standardized active screening system;second,the formulation of type-based intervention strategies;third,the clarification of the evidence grades for various recommended measures.This article interprets the core content of the guideline regarding diagnosis and treat-ment,to provide practical references for clinicians.
