Research progress of cardiac autonomic nerve regulation in heart failure
心力衰竭(HF)是一种严重的心血管疾病,发病率和死亡率高,患者预后不良,严重程度可与某些恶性肿瘤相当.心脏自主神经系统借助交感神经与副交感神经的协同作用以实现对心脏的精准调控,而该系统持续性失衡已被证实是促进 HF 进展的重要驱动因素.本文主要综述心脏自主神经分布与功能、HF 时自主神经功能失调机制、检测方法以及自主神经调控策略等,同时探讨该领域面临的挑战与未来发展方向,为HF临床诊疗和研究提供新思路.
Heart failure(HF)is a serious cardiovascular disease with high morbidity and mortality,and its poor prognosis is comparable to that of some malignant tumors.The cardiac autonomic nervous system achieves precise regulation of the heart through the synergistic effect of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves.A persistent imbalance of the system has been proven to be a significant driving factor in the progression of HF.This article mainly reviews the distribution and function of cardiac autonomic nerves,the mechanism of autonomic nerve imbalance in HF,detection methods,and autonomic nerve regulation strategies.It also discusses the challenges and future development directions in this field,providing new ideas for clinical diagnosis,treatment,and research of heart failure.
