病毒性肺炎诱发心血管事件风险分层模型与精准预防策略OA
Risk stratification model and precision prevention strategy for cardiovascular events induced by viral pneumonia
病毒性肺炎作为一种全球流行的疾病,会严重损害患者的心血管功能,导致不良心血管事件的发生率明显增加.因此,提前识别和评估患者的心血管事件风险已成为重要的研究方向.本文综述病毒性肺炎与心血管事件的相关性,系统梳理现有风险分层模型,分析其临床应用的有效性与局限性,进而探讨针对病毒性肺炎患者的心血管事件精准预防策略,以期降低心血管疾病发生率,改善患者整体预后,提升生存质量.
Viral pneumonia,as a globally prevalent disease,can severely impair the cardiovascular function of patients,leading to a significant increase in the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.Therefore,early identification and assessment of the risk of cardiovascular events in patients have become an important research direction.This article reviews the correlation between viral pneumonia and cardiovascular events,systematically reviews the existing risk stratification models,analyzes their effectiveness and limitations in clinical application,and then explores precise prevention strategies for cardiovascular events in patients with viral pneumonia,with the aim of reducing the incidence of cardiovascular diseases,improving the overall prognosis of patients,and enhancing their quality of life.
