Research progress in antiplatelet therapy for cerebral small vessel disease
脑小血管病(CSVD)是缺血性脑卒中复发及认知障碍发生的主要诱因,其抗血小板治疗已成为当前临床研究的核心议题.但CSVD本身兼具"缺血"与"出血"的双重病理特性,导致临床治疗决策面临巨大挑战.本文系统综述不同 CSVD 影像学特征背景下的抗血小板治疗研究进展,为临床实践提供参考.
Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is a major cause of ischemic stroke recurrence and cognitive impairment,and its antiplatelet therapy has become a core issue in current clinical research.However,CSVD itself has dual pathological characteristics of"ischemia"and"hemorrhage",which poses a huge challenge to clinical treatment decisions.This article systematically reviews the research progress of antiplatelet therapy under different CSVD imaging features,providing a reference for clinical practice.
