医院职场值班任务繁重与调休是工作常态,需要互谅互助的职场关系支撑.职场原子主义倾向放大个人利益,忽略他人与集体利益,损害医护队伍和谐与工作效能.而党建引领可通过增强职场共同体文化向心力,提升职场共同体组织动员力、完善职场共同体制度保障力、强化行动协同力,超越职场原子主义并增强队伍凝聚力,为构建以"互相承认"为核心的职场共同体提供有效路径.

Heavy workloads and irregular shift schedules are the norm in hospital settings,necessitating a workplace cul-ture built on mutual understanding and support.However,the trend of workplace atomism,which prioritizes individual interests at the expense of colleagues and the collective,undermines both team harmony and operational efficiency.Party-building leader-ship counteracts this by fostering a cohesive sense of community.It enhances organizational mobilization capacity,improves insti-tutional support mechanisms,and strengthens coordinated action.This approach effectively transcends workplace atomism and bolsters team unity,providing a viable pathway for building a workplace community centered on"mutual recognition."
