Standard-oriented development and quality control of air-jet vortex spinning yarn products
为拓展喷气涡流纺纱线产品种类并提升产品质量,梳理了喷气涡流纺纱行业标准与团体标准的建设现状及发展趋势,综述了国内喷气涡流纺纱线的产品开发进展、分类体系与创新方向,并重点从原料预处理、开清棉、并条及喷气涡流纺等关键工序入手,探讨了提升与稳定纱线质量的核心技术与管理措施.结果表明:深入贯彻标准技术要求、把握产品发展趋势,并结合有针对性的工艺优化,可有效促进喷气涡流纺纱线产品质量的提升.研究结果可为喷气涡流纺纱线在针织、梭织服装及家纺装饰面料等领域的开发与应用提供有价值的理论参考与实践指导.
To continuously enrich the product line of air-jet vortex spun yarns,improve product quality,and develop differentiated and high-value-added products,this paper focuses on the construction and formulation of industry standards and group standards for such yarns,and analyzes the industrial background,practical significance,and development direction of standard formulation.Currently,with the advancement of the industrialization of air-jet vortex spinning technology,there is an urgent need for unified and standardized quality standards in the industry.These standards are not only a"yardstick"for product quality but also a core support for promoting the development of yarns towards differentiation and high-endization,providing technical guidance and market basis for enterprises to develop high-value-added products. This paper systematically sorts out the current status of the development of domestic air-jet vortex spun yarns,clarifies their product classification system,covering ordinary pure/blended yarns,differentiated functional yarns,composite structure yarns(such as core-spun yarns and fancy yarns),etc.,and predicts their development trend towards multi-fiber composite,functional integration,and structural diversification.Meanwhile,aiming at key processes such as raw material pretreatment,opening and cleaning,carding,drawing,and air-jet vortex spinning,it elaborates on the technical measures to meet standard requirements and stabilize yarn quality:raw material pretreatment optimizes the opening and mixing process to ensure fiber uniformity and spinnability;opening and cleaning follows the principle of"progressive opening,low speed and small quantity"to reduce fiber damage;carding adjusts the parameters of cylinder and taker-in to improve fiber transfer efficiency and web clarity.Taking the production of air-jet vortex spun core-spun yarn R/N 670/30(PBT 55.6 dtex)21.5 tex as an example,it analyzes the specific quality index requirements of the standards and formulates and optimizes process parameters,improving the quality of this core-spun yarn product. This paper clarifies the multiple application fields of air-jet vortex spun yarns,including the apparel field(such as knitted underwear and woven fabrics,which enhance wearing experience with few hairiness and excellent wear resistance),home textile field(such as decorative fabrics and bedding,which expand the market with good color fastness and easy care),medical field(such as antibacterial dressings and medical protective fabrics,which achieve bacteriostatic and protective functions relying on functional fibers),and special functional fields(such as conductive yarns and radiation-proof yarns,which meet the needs of industrial fabrics).In terms of the development direction of fabrics,it proposes to integrate links across the industrial chain such as fiber,spinning,and weaving to realize linkage innovation,and puts forward key development points for multi-component and multi-color fabrics,functional yarn fabrics,core-spun yarn fabrics,fancy yarn fabrics,high-count yarn fabrics,and recycled and degradable fabrics.In summary,air-jet vortex spun yarns are accelerating their development towards multi-fiber varieties,functionality,and differentiation.Enterprises must effectively master the technical requirements of standards,implement indicators,and carry out targeted quality control to continuously develop characteristic yarn varieties,stably improve quality,lay a solid foundation for their application in knitted,woven apparel,and home textile decorative fabrics,and promote the industry to move towards a high-quality and high-value-added stage.
