Study on Strength Development of Rock-Filled Concrete with Age

为研究堆石混凝土(RFC)及自密实混凝土(SCC)抗压强度随龄期发展的规律和差异,制备了5 组不同龄期(7、14、28、56、90 d),边长为300 mm的 RFC 和 SCC 立方体试件,测试并对比分析不同龄期下两种混凝土的立方体抗压强度、破坏形态及应力-应变曲线,探究其强度变化规律及差异特征.结果表明:随龄期的增长,RFC、SCC 试件破坏时的整体变形逐渐减小,抗压强度均呈增长趋势;相同龄期下,RFC 试件的抗压强度大于 SCC.随龄期增大,RFC 和SCC 抵抗破坏的能力均增强,抗压强度随龄期发展呈指数函数增长趋势,且 RFC 中堆石骨架可有效提高其抗压强度和弹性模量;其中,RFC 试件在 7、14、56 d 和 90 d 龄期时,抗压强度分别达到 28 d 强度的 60%、81.5%、137.8%和158.7%,SCC 试件对应龄期强度分别为28 d 强度的52.5%、65.4%、140.5%和156.4%;同一龄期下,RFC 试件抗压强度均高于 SCC,在7、14、28、56 d 和90 d 龄期时,RFC 抗压强度相较于 SCC 分别增长18.3%、29.3%、3.7%、1.6%和5.2%.研究成果可为工程施工中堆石混凝土强度预测提供借鉴.

To investigate the development laws and differences in compressive strength of rock-filled concrete(RFC)and self-compac-ting concrete(SCC)with age,5 groups of RFC and SCC cubic specimens with a side length of 300 mm were prepared at different ages(7、14、28、56、90 d).The cubic compressive strength,failure modes and stress-strain curves of the two types of concrete at different ages were tested,compared and analyzed to explore the development laws and difference characteristics of their strength.The results show that with the increase of age,the overall deformation of RFC and SCC specimens at failure decreases gradually,and the compressive strength shows an increasing trend.At the same age,the compressive strength of RFC specimens is higher than that of SCC.With the increase of age,the failure resistance of both RFC and SCC is enhanced,and the compressive strength exhibits an exponential growth trend with age.The rock skeleton in RFC can effectively improve its compressive strength and elastic modulus.Among them,the compressive strength of RFC specimens at 7、14、56 d and 90 d reaches 60%、81.5%、137.8%and 158.7%of the 28 d strength,respectively,while the corre-sponding strengths of SCC specimens are 52.5%、65.4%、140.5%and 156.4%of the 28 d strength.At the same age,the compressive strength of RFC is higher than that of SCC.At 7、14、28、56 d and 90 d,the compressive strength of RFC increases by 18.3%、29.3%、3.7%、1.6%and 5.2%compared with SCC,respectively.The research results can provide a reference for strength prediction of rock-filled concrete in engineering construction.
