Influence of Shear Zones on the In-situ Stress Field of Underground Cavern Groups

为研究错动带对地下洞室群地应力场分布及稳定性的影响,以白鹤滩右岸地下洞室群为工程背景,基于工程地质条件和结构面特征,建立考虑错动带影响的三维数值模型,通过数值模拟方法,对错动带存在条件下地下洞室群的初始地应力场、开挖扰动应力场及围岩应力重分布特征进行系统分析,重点研究错动带不同位置及力学参数变化对洞室群应力集中、卸荷区及塑性区分布的影响规律.结果表明:错动带的存在改变了地下洞室群周围岩体的应力传递路径,在错动带邻近区域易形成明显的应力集中,从而加剧洞室围岩的变形与破坏风险;当错动带与洞室群空间关系较为接近时,其对主洞室及相邻洞室的应力扰动尤为显著.在复杂构造条件下,合理考虑错动带对地应力场的影响对地下洞室群的稳定性评价与支护设计具有重要意义.研究成果可为类似大型水电工程地下厂房及洞室群的选址、布置与安全控制提供理论依据和工程参考.

To study the influence of shear zones on the distribution of in-situ stress field and stability of underground cavern groups,taking the right bank underground cavern groups at Baihetan Hydropower Station as the engineering background,a three-dimensional numerical model con-sidering the influence of shear zones is established based on engineering geological conditions and structural plane characteristics.Using numerical simulation methods,the initial in-situ stress field,excavation-disturbed stress field,and stress redistribution characteristics of surrounding rock of underground cavern groups under the existence of shear zones are systematically analyzed.The influence laws of different locations and mechanical parameter variations of shear zones on stress concentration,unloading zones,and plastic zone distribution of the cavern groups are emphatically studied.The results show that the existence of shear zones changes the stress transfer path of the rock mass around underground cavern groups,and obvious stress concentration is easily formed in the adjacent areas of shear zones,thus increasing the risk of deformation and failure of sur-rounding rock.When the spatial relationship between shear zones and cavern groups is close,the stress disturbance to the main caverns and adja-cent caverns is particularly significant.Under complex structural conditions,reasonably considering the influence of shear zones on the in-situ stress field is of great significance for stability evaluation and support design of underground cavern groups.The research results can provide a the-oretical basis and engineering reference for the site selection,layout,and safety control of underground powerhouses and cavern groups in similar large-scale hydropower projects.
