1000 Mpa级钢在超高HD值埋藏式月牙肋钢岔管设计中的应用比较OA
Application Comparison of 1000MPa-Grade Steel in Design of Embedded Crescent Rib Steel Branch Pipes with Ultra-High HD Value
以某抽水蓄能电站埋藏式月牙肋钢岔管为研究对象,基于有限元法,采用 1 000 MPa 级高强度钢与传统800 MPa级高强度钢材料,在拟定的钢岔管结构体型参数基础上,考虑围岩与钢岔管联合承载,计算确定两种钢材对应的钢岔管壁厚,分析关键部位的应力水平,同时对明管状态下的应力进行校核.结果表明:相较于传统800 MPa 级钢,采用1 000 MPa 级钢作为管材时,钢岔管的壁厚可降低约20%,能显著减少焊接工作量、降低现场运输与吊装难度.研究成果可为超高 HD 值(HD 值大于4 500 m·m以上)埋藏式月牙肋钢岔管的设计提供材料技术支撑.
Taking the embedded crescent rib steel branch pipe of a pumped storage power station as the research object,based on the finite element method,1 000 MPa-grade high-strength steel and traditional 800 MPa-grade high-strength steel are adopted.On the basis of the proposed structural parameters of the steel branch pipe,considering the combined bearing of surrounding rock and steel branch pipe,the wall thicknesses of the steel branch pipes corresponding to the two steel materials are calculated and determined,the stress levels of key parts are analyzed,and the stresses under the exposed pipe condition are checked.The results show that compared with the traditional 800 MPa-grade steel,the wall thickness of the steel branch pipe can be reduced by about 20%when 1 000 MPa-grade steel is used,which can significantly reduce the welding workload and the difficulty of on-site transportation and hoisting.The research results can provide material and technical support for the design of embedded crescent rib steel branch pipes with ultra-high HD value(HD>4 500 m·m).
