现行水电水利规范中的坝基岩体工程地质分类,是一种基于多指标体系的定性评价方案.在实际应用中,存在区分度差、不便于对比以及评价相对保守等问题.为了准确进行水电工程坝基岩体质量量化分类,通过梳理该方案中隐含的评价指标,并基于问卷调查收集的专家意见,选择岩石抗压强度、岩体完整性系数、结构面间距和结构面性状4 项指标作为评价坝基岩体质量的主要量化因子,对专家给出的因子初始标度重新赋值后,确定了评价因子的重要性排序,然后采用层次分析法计算了各因子的权重,并借鉴 RMR 分类方案的架构,构建了水电坝基岩体量化分类体系.结果表明:岩石抗压强度、岩体完整性系数、结构面间距和结构面性状四项指标的修正权重系数依次为0.10、0.45、0.15 和0.30;通过实际对比验证,定量划分与原定性划分结果的一致率达76.8%,表明坝基岩体量化方案是基本可行的;针对"镶嵌碎裂结构"和"碎裂结构"岩体量化评价时评分偏高的问题,可通过将其对应的结构面类型降档处理的方法来解决.

The engineering geological classification of dam foundation rock mass in current hydraulic and hydropower codes is a qualita-tive evaluation scheme based on a multi-index system.In practical application,it has problems such as poor discrimination,inconven-ience in comparison and relatively conservative evaluation.To accurately carry out quantitative classification of dam foundation rock mass quality in hydropower projects,the implicit evaluation indexes in the scheme are sorted out,and four indexes including uniaxial compres-sive strength of rock,rock mass integrity coefficient,spacing of structural planes and characteristics of structural planes are selected as the main quantitative factors for evaluating dam foundation rock mass quality based on expert opinions collected through questionnaire sur-veys.After reassigning the initial scales of the factors given by experts,the importance ranking of evaluation factors is determined.Then the weight of each factor is calculated by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and a quantitative classification system of hydropower dam foundation rock mass is constructed by referring to the framework of RMR classification system.The results show that the corrected weight coefficients of uniaxial compressive strength of rock,rock mass integrity coefficient,spacing of structural planes and characteristics of structural planes are 0.10,0.45,0.15 and 0.30,respectively.Through practical comparison and verification,the consistency rate be-tween quantitative classification and original qualitative classification reaches76.8%,indicating that the quantitative scheme of dam foun-dation rock mass is basically feasible.Aiming at the problem of high scores in the quantitative evaluation of"mosaic-cataclastic struc-ture"and"cataclastic structure"rock mass,it can be solved by downgrading the corresponding types of structural planes.
