为了评估泥石流对阜康东抽水蓄能电站工程的潜在影响,基于站区地质资料,结合遥感解译与现场调查,系统分析了上库区、下库区及三岔子沟等主要沟谷的泥石流发育特征,通过多因子危险性综合评价方法,揭示了泥石流的活动规律及其对工程设施的威胁程度.结果表明:研究区泥石流沟谷均处于壮年期,现阶段属低度危险等级,但在强降雨条件下仍具启动可能性;泥石流的冲击荷载与淤积效应可能直接破坏电站设施,需针对性布设排导工程.研究成果可为库区泥石流风险防控与工程安全设计提供科学依据.

To assess the potential impact of debris flows on the Fukang East Pumped Storage Power Station project,based on geological data of the station area,combined with remote sensing interpretation and field investigation,this paper systematically analyzes the devel-opment characteristics of debris flows in major gullies such as the upper reservoir area,lower reservoir area and Sanchazi Gully.Through a multi-factor comprehensive hazard assessment method,the activity regularity of debris flows and their threat degree to engineering facil-ities are revealed.The results show that all debris flow gullies in the study area are at the mature stage and classified as low hazard level at the present stage,but they still have the possibility of initiation under heavy rainfall conditions;the impact load and sedimentation effect of debris flows may directly damage power station facilities,so targeted drainage projects need to be arranged.The research results can provide a scientific basis for debris flow risk prevention and control in the reservoir area and engineering safety design.
