荧光疏水自修复聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯杂化乳液的制备及其性能OA
Preparation and properties of fluorescent,hydrophobic,self-healing polyurethane-acrylate hybrid emulsions
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚己二酸丁二醇酯(CMA-1044)为原料、三羟基丙烷(TMP)为交联剂、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为封端剂、实验室自制的4-N-全氟丁基磺酰乙二胺-N-(2-羟基-1-羟甲基乙基)-1,8-萘二甲酰胺(BA-F)为扩链剂,首先制备了一种双键封端的交联荧光水性聚氨酯(BA-FPUA-0);在此基础上,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,用不同比例的丙烯酸丁酯(n-BA)和甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)对BA-FPUA-0进行改性,制得系列荧光疏水自修复聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯杂化乳液(BA-FPUA).利用红外光谱仪、核磁共振波谱仪、紫外-可见分光光度计、荧光光谱仪、纳米粒度仪、热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪、X-射线衍射仪、接触角测量仪、光电子能谱仪、拉力试验机、扫描电镜和光学显微镜等仪器研究丙烯酸酯杂化比例对BA-FPUA乳液和胶膜性能的影响.结果表明:产物具有预期结构.随着杂化比例的增加,BA-FPUA乳液粒径增大,胶膜的热性能、疏水性能和拉伸强度增强,断裂伸长率先增后减,荧光强度和结晶度下降.当杂化比例为4∶10时,BA-FPUA-4胶膜仍有良好的荧光性能,表面水接触角达121.5 °,吸水率降至4.03%,拉伸强度为35.2 MPa,断裂伸长率为510%,表面划痕在12 h后基本消失.
A crosslinked fluorescent polyurethane(BA-FPUA-0)with terminal double bonds was synthesized using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and poly(butylene adipate)(CMA-1044)as raw materials,with 4-N-perfluorobutylsulfonylethylenediamine-N-(2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethylethyl)-1,8-naphthalimide(BA-F)made in our lab as a chain extender,trime-thylolpropane(TMP)as a crosslinking agent,and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)as an end-capping agent.Subsequently,a series of fluorescent,hydrophobic,and self-healing polyure-thane-acrylate hybrid emulsions(BA-FPUA)were prepared via a semi-continuous seeded e-mulsion polymerization method,in which n-butyl acrylate(n-BA)and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(DFMA)were used to modify the fluorescent waterborne polyurethane.The effects of the acrylate hybridization ratio on the structure and properties of BA-FPUA emul-sions and films were systematically investigated using Fourier-transform infrared spectrosco-py(FTIR),nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR),ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis),fluorescence spectroscopy,dynamic light scattering(DLS),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),contact angle measurement,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),tensile testing,scanning electronic microscopy(SEM)and optical microscopy.The results confirmed the expected chemical structure.With increasing hybridization ratio,the particle size of the BA-FPUA emulsions in-creased,while the thermal stability,hydrophobicity,and tensile strength of the films were en-hanced.The elongation at break first increased and then decreased,whereas the fluorescence intensity and crystallinity decreased.At a hybridization ratio of 4∶10,the BA-FPUA-4 film maintained good fluorescence performance,exhibited a high water contact angle of 121.5 °,a low water absorption rate of 4.03%,a tensile strength of 35.2 MPa,and an elongation at break of 510%.Moreover,the BA-FPUA films demonstrated self-healing capability,with scratches on the BA-FPUA-4 surface almost completely disappearing after 12 hours.
