肉桂精油纳米乳-羧甲基壳聚糖复合膜的制备及其在杏鲍菇保鲜中的应用OA
Preparation of cinnamon essential oil nanoemulsion-carboxymethyl chitosan composite film and its application in Pleurotus eryngii preservation
为延长采后杏鲍菇的货架期,本研究开发了一种以香菇多糖为稳定剂的肉桂精油纳米乳-羧甲基壳聚糖复合膜(Lentinan-stabilized cinnamon essential oil nanoemulsion-based car-boxymethyl chitosan composite film,CMCS/LNT-CEONE).采用单因素实验和响应面法确定最佳制备工艺,以复合膜的机械性能为指标,结合扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱及X射线衍射解析复合膜的结构特征,最后将其应用于杏鲍菇保鲜.结果表明,复合膜的最佳制备工艺为羧甲基壳聚糖添加量2.8 g、甘油浓度36%、超声时间30 min、超声功率80%、羧甲基壳聚糖溶液与香菇多糖肉桂精油纳米乳体积比7∶3.扫描电子显微镜结果显示复合膜部结构均匀,各组分相容性良好;傅里叶变换红外光谱分析结果显示1 621 cm-1和3 344 cm-1处有吸收峰;X射线衍射显示CMCS/LNT-CEONE复合膜衍射峰强度较纯CMCS膜减弱,表明其结晶度降低.抑菌实验表明,CMCS/LNT-CEONE复合膜具有明显的的抗菌效果.保鲜实验结果表明,CMCS/LNT-CEONE复合膜能有效延缓杏鲍菇外观品质、重量损失和色泽的改变.综上,CMCS/LNT-CEONE复合膜为食用菌的保鲜方案提供了理论依据和参考,同时为采收后食用菌新型保鲜技术提供支撑基础.
To extend the shelf life of postharvest Pleurotus eryngii,this study developed a no-vel composite film using carboxymethyl chitosan incorporated with a lentinan-stabilized cin-namon essential oil nanoemulsion(CMCS/LNT-CEONE).The optimal preparation parame-ters were determined through single-factor experiments and response surface methodology,with the mechanical properties of the composite film as the key indicator.The structural characteristics of the film were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and FT-IR diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were as follows:CMCS addition amount of 2.8 g,glycerol concentration of 36%,ultrasonic time of 30 min,ultrasonic power of 80%,and vol-ume ratio of CMCS solution to LNT-CEONE of 7∶3.SEM observations revealed a uniform internal structure and good compatibility among the components.FTIR spectroscopy analysis revealed characteristic absorption peaks at 1 621 cm-1 and 3 344 cm-1.XRD patterns indica-ted a reduction in diffraction peak intensity for the CMCS/LNT-CEONE film compared to pure CMCS film,suggesting a decrease in crystallinity.Antibacterial assays demonstrated that the CMCS/LNT-CEONE composite film exhibited significant antimicrobial activity.Preservation experiments confirmed that the CMCS/LNT-CEONE film effectively maintained the appearance,minimized weight loss,and delayed discoloration of Pleurotus eryngii.In con-clusion,the CMCS/LNT-CEONE composite film provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for preserving edible fungi and offers a foundation for developing novel postharvest preservation technologies.
