为阐明不同种植年限对牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)土壤理化性质和细菌群落结构的影响,采集不同种植年限(0、3、6、9、12 a)及土层(0~20 cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm、60~80 cm)的牡丹土壤,系统分析土壤养分和微生物群落结构变化对牡丹生长发育的影响.结果表明,随种植年限的增加,土壤有机质、速效钾和水解氮含量呈先升后降的趋势.种植第6年时,0~20 cm和20~40 cm 土层有机质含量出现峰值,尔后显著下降(P<0.05).20~40 cm 土层有益微生物细菌如放线菌门和变形菌门丰度则减少,而病原真菌镰刀菌属数量反而增加,致微生物有益菌群丰度降低,群落结构失衡.相关性分析表明,有机质、全氮和全磷与芽单胞胞菌门呈显著正相关.'佛头青'牡丹在种植3~6 a生长势最强,但第6年后其株高、冠幅及新生枝长等指标显著降低(P<0.05).综上,牡丹持续种植6 a后,20~40 cm 土层土壤有效性降低,有益菌群持续减少,病原真菌大量增殖,土壤微生态失衡,抑制了牡丹的正常生长发育.本研究解析了牡丹在连续种植多年后生长衰退的主要原因,为可持续种植管理提供了理论依据.

To clarify the effects of different planting years on the soilphysicochemical properties and the bacterial community structure of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.,this study analyzed soil samples col-lected from varying planting durations(0,3,6,9,and 12 years)and soil depths(0-20 cm,20-40 cm,40-60 cm,and 60-80 cm).Soil physicochemical properties and microbial community structure were systematically analyzed to assess their impacts on peony growth and development.The results indica-ted that soil organic matter(SOM),available potassium(AK),and hydrolytic nitrogen(HN)initially increased and then decreased with increasing planting duration.Specifically,SOM content in the 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm layers peaked in the sixth year before declining significantly(P<0.05).Microbial community analysis revealed that after six years of planting,the abundance of beneficial bacteria,such as Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria,decreased in the 20-40 cm layer,while the abundance of patho-genic fungi such as Fusarium spp.increased,resulting in bacterial abundance.Correlation analysis demonstrated significant positive relationships between SOM,total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),and the phylum Gemmatimonadetes.The cultivar'Fotouqing'exhibited optimal growth vigor during 3-6 years of planting.However,plant height,crown width,new branch length,and other indi-cators significantly decreased after the sixth year(P<0.05)due to soil microecological imbalance.In conclusion,after six years of continuous planting,the 20-40 cm soil layer exhibited reduced effective-ness,continued reduction in beneficial bacterial,a significant increase in pathogenic fungi,and an over-all soil microecological imbalance,all of which inhibited peony growth and development.This study elucidates the primary causes of growth deterioration in long-term peony cultivation and provides a theoretical basis for sustainable planting management.
