两个高产抗逆小麦新品种的KASP标记检测与分析OA
Detection and Analysis of KASP Markers for Two New High-yielding and Stress-resistant Wheat Varieties
为进一步了解'漯麦76'和'郾丰168'重要性状的基因组成,采用KASP标记对其株高、适应性、籽粒性状、抗逆性和品质等性状功能基因进行检测.结果表明,'漯麦76'和'郾丰168'均为矮秆基因型Rht-D1b.'漯麦76'聚合3个光周期不敏感早开花基因型(Ppd-A1a、Ppd-B1a和Ppd-D1a),'郾丰168'携带Ppd-B1a基因,具有较强的光周期适应性.两个品种千粒质量优,籽粒商品性好,'漯麦76'和'郾丰168'分别聚合了 11个和13个高粒质量微效基因.两个品种抗逆性强,'漯麦 76'聚合了抗穗发芽主效基因PHS-646,同时聚合了1-feh-w3、CWI-4A和CWI-5D 3个抗旱微效基因,'郾丰168'聚合了 CWI-4A、CWI-5D 2个抗旱微效基因.两个品种具有较好的优质基础,'漯麦76'为高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基Glu-A1基因型,'郾丰168'为含Glu-A1和Glu-D1的强筋基因型;'漯麦76'和'郾丰168'均为硬质基因型Pinb-D1b.两个品种均为面条高黄色素基因型Ppo-A1a、TaZds-A1b、Psy-A1a、PPsy-D1g 和TaZds-D1a,具有较高的营养价值.
To further understand the genetic composition of important traits of'Luomai 76'and'Yanfeng 168',KASP markers were used to detect the functional genes related to plant height,adaptability,grain traits,stress resistance and quality.The results showed that both'Luomai 76'and'Yanfeng 168'carried the dwarfing allele Rht-D1b.'Luomai 76'combined three photoperiod-insen-sitive early-flowering genotypes Ppd-A1a,Ppd-B1a andPpd-D1a,while'Yanfeng 168'wasPpd-B1a,which had strong adaptability.Both varieties had high thousand-grain weight and good commercial quality.'Luomai 76'and'Yanfeng 168'combined 11 and 13 minor genes for high grain quality,re-spectively.Both varieties exhibited strong stress resistance.'Luomai 76'carried the major gene PHS-646 for resistance to preharvest sprouting,as well as three minor drought-resistance genes 1-feh-w3,CWI-4A and CWI-5D.'Yanfeng 168'carried two minor drought-resistant genes CWI-4A and CWI-5D.Both varieties exhibited a favorable quality profile.'Luomai 76'carried the high-molecular-weight glutenin subunit Glu-A1 genotype,whereas'Yanfeng 168'carried the strong-gluten genotypes containing Glu-A1 and Glu-D1.Both'Luomai 76'and'Yanfeng 168'carried the hard endosperm allele Pinb-D1b.Both varieties carried the high-yellow-pigment alleles:Ppo-A1a,TaZds-A1b,Psy-A1a,Psy-D1g and TaZds-D1a,which had high nutritional value.The identification of these favorable alleles in'Luomai 76'and'Yanfeng 168'provides a theoretical basis for further utilization and genet-ic improvement.
