石羊河下游沙蒿群落空间分布与土壤因子关系研究OA

为探究沙蒿群落空间分布与环境因子的互馈关系,于生长季在石羊河下游开展了 50 个沙蒿样地的群落生态学调查,室内分析测定了水分、粒度、全氮、有机质、速效磷、电导率等 12 个土壤理化因子,运用数量生态学分类与排序的方法,解析了沙蒿群丛空间分布的关键土壤因子,厘清了沙蒿群落演替过程及土壤驱动机制.结果表明:石羊河下游沙蒿群落共出现 42 个植物种,隶属 13科 35 属.双向指示种分类(TWINSPAN)将石羊河下游沙蒿群落划分为 8 个群丛,分别为群丛Ⅰ膜果麻黄-沙蒿-沙蓬、群丛Ⅱ沙拐枣-沙蒿-猪毛菜、群丛Ⅲ沙拐枣-沙蒿-盐生草、群丛Ⅳ梭梭+沙拐枣-沙蒿-沙蓬、群丛Ⅴ梭梭+白刺-沙蒿+黄花补血草-雾冰藜、群丛Ⅵ白刺+梭梭-沙蒿-沙蓬、群丛Ⅶ红砂+白刺-沙蒿-雾冰藜、群丛Ⅷ黑果枸杞-沙蒿-沙蓬.8 个群丛的空间分布体现了以土壤水肥为主的生境梯度变化.典范对应分析(CCA)结果表明,土壤因子解释沙蒿群落变异方差的 56.06%,大小排序为全氮(12.1%)>土壤水分(9.8%)>土壤电导率(3.9%)=有机质(3.9%)>土壤黏粒(3.0%)>速效磷(2.9%)>pH(2.6%)>土壤砂粒(1.8%)>土壤全盐(1.3%).全氮和土壤水分是影响沙蒿群落分布重要土壤因子,建议采取改良土壤结构、调节土壤养分、改善土壤水分状况等综合措施恢复石羊河下游退化沙蒿群落.

In order to explore the mutual feedback relationship between the spatial distribution of Artemisia desertorum community and environmental factors,the community ecology survey of 50 A.desertorum plots was carried out in the lower reaches of Shiyang River during the growing season.Twelve soil physical and chemical factors such as water,grain size,total nitrogen,organic matter,available phosphorus and electrical conductivity were analyzed and determined in the laboratory.The key soil factors of spatial distribution of A.desertorum community were analyzed by quantitative ecological classification and ordination,and the succession process and soil driving mechanism of A.desertorum community were clarified.The results showed that there were 42 plant species belonging to 35 genera and 13 families in the A.desertorum com-munity in the lower reaches of Shiyang River.The two-way indicator species classification divided the A.desertorum community in the lower reaches of Shiyang River into eight associations.The spatial distri-bution of the eight associations reflects the environmental gradient changes dominated by soil water and fertilizer.The results of canonical correspondence analysis showed that soil factors explained 56.06%of the variance of A.desertorum community,and the order was total nitrogen(12.1%)>soil moisture(9.8%)>soil electrical conductivity(3.9%)=organic matter(3.9%)>soil clay(3.0%)>available phos-phorus(2.9%)>pH(2.6%)>soil sand(1.8%)>soil total salt(1.3%).Among them,total nitrogen and soil moisture are the most important soil regulating factors for the distribution of A.desertorum communi-ty in the lower reaches of Shiyang River.The restoration of degraded A.desertorum communities suggested that comprehensive measures such as improving soil structure,regulating soil nutrients,and improving soil moisture status should be taken in the lower reaches of Shiyang River.
