文冠果杂交组合苗期遗传分析与家系评价OA
Genetic Analysis and Family Evaluation of Hybrid Combinations at the Seedling Stage in Xanthoceras sorbifolium
解析文冠果全同胞家系苗期生长性状及抗旱生理指标的遗传变异特征,探讨不同性状的遗传控制方式,为干旱半干旱地区亲本选配与家系早期筛选提供理论依据.以 30 个文冠果全同胞家系为材料,在陕西省周至县渭河实验站进行苗期试验,通过测定 2 年后的生长量、大于 30 d 自然干旱后的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(PRO)含量,采用单因素方差分析检验家系间差异,利用配合力分析和遗传参数估算解析遗传效应,并利用主成分分析法对家系进行综合评价.结果表明:不同杂交组合子代在生长性状及抗旱生理指标上均存在显著差异(P<0.05),多数性状变异系数超过 20%,其中 SOD 和地径变异系数分别达到 36.89%和 34.22%,表现出较丰富的遗传多样性.所有性状的广义遗传力均大于 80%,显示出较高的选择潜力.配合力分析表明,父本 D1、D3、D7 及母本'中石 4 号'和'中石 9 号'在多数性状上具有较高的一般配合力;部分组合如 1-03、9-07 和 4-0 4 在多个性状上具有较高的特殊配合力效应.不同性状受加性和非加性遗传效应影响程度存在差异,多数抗旱生理指标以非加性效应为主.主成分分析提取 3 个主成分,累计贡献率为 74.583%,能够较好地整合多性状信息,进行家系综合评价.本研究初步筛选出'中石 4 号'和'中石 9 号'为表现较优的候选母本材料,D1、D3 和D7 为候选父本材料,同时确定 1-0 3、4-04、4-0 3 和 9-07 等 8 个家系在苗期阶段综合表现较优.
This study aimed to analyze the genetic variation of seedling growth traits and drought-related physiological indices in full-sib families of Xanthoceras sorbifolium,explore the genetic control patterns of different traits,and provide a theoretical basis for parental selection and early family screening in arid and semi-arid regions.Thirty full-sib families of Xanthoceras sorbifolium were used as experimental materials,and a seedling trial was conducted at the Weihe Experimental Station in Zhouzhi County,Shaanxi Province.The growth of two-year-old seedlings was measured,and the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD),per-oxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde(MDA),and proline(PRO)were determined after more than 30 days of natural drought stress.One-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)was conducted to test the differences among families.Combining ability analysis and genetic parameter estimation were used to ana-lyze genetic effects,and principal component analysis(PCA)was applied to comprehensively evaluate the families.Results shows:significant differences(P<0.05)were observed among hybrid combinations in both growth traits and drought-related physiological indices.The coefficients of variation of most traits ex-ceeded 20%,with SOD activity and diameter reaching 36.89%and 34.22%,respectively,indicating abun-dant genetic variation.The broad-sense heritability of all traits was greater than 80%,suggesting strong potential for selection.Combining ability analysis showed that male parents D1,D3,and D7 and female par-ents'Zhongshi 4'and'Zhongshi 9'exhibited relatively high general combining ability for most traits.Some combinations,such as 1-03,9-07,and 4-04,showed higher specific combining ability effects across multiple traits.Genetic parameter analysis indicated that the relative contributions of additive and non-additive genetic effects varied among traits,while most drought-related physiological traits were mainly controlled by non-additive effects.Three principal components were extracted by PCA,with a cumulative contribution rate of 74.583%,effectively integrating multi-trait information for comprehensive family eval-uation.'Zhongshi 4'and'Zhongshi 9'were preliminarily identified as superior candidate female parents,while D1,D3,and D7 were identified as promising male parents.Eight families,including 1-03,4-04,4-03,and 9-07 showed superior comprehensive performance at the seedling stage.
