针对当前脂肪肝分级管理中存在的方法单一、个性化不足等问题,本文设计了一种基于机器学习方法的脂肪肝健康分级管理平台.该平台采用模块化、可扩展的系统架构,整合医疗知识与信息技术,实现对脂肪肝风险的智能分级与精准评估.平台功能涵盖了健康管理、就医服务、个性化服务、信息总览等多个方面,为患者提供了全方位的健康管理服务.基于医院患者数据,利用随机森林算法进行风险分级筛选,有效提升了数据处理效率与早期识别能力.统计分析功能对患者数据进行深入挖掘,为临床决策与健康管理提供了科学依据.实际应用结果表明,该平台能够早期发现脂肪肝患者并支持及时干预.个性化服务提高患者的就医体验和治疗效果,为医疗行业的数字化转型和智能化升级提供了有益借鉴.

This paper introduces the design of a fatty liver health grading management platform based on machine learning methods.Aiming at the shortcomings of the current fatty liver grading management field,the platform integrates advanced information technology and medical knowledge to provide comprehensive,efficient and personalized health management services for fatty liver patients.The platform architecture design adopts a modular and scalable design approach to ensure the stability and maintainability of the system.The random forest algorithm is used to perform AI grading screening of hospital patient data,which can improve the efficiency of data processing and realize the accurate assessment of fatty liver risk.The platform's functions cover health management,medical services,personalized services,information overview and other aspects,providing patients with a full range of health management services.The function of statistical analysis enables in-depth mining and analysis of patient data,and also provides a scientific and reliable decision-making support basis for subsequent health management.The platform has achieved remarkable results in practical applications.By using the random forest algorithm for grading screening,the platform can detect fatty liver patients early and provide them with timely intervention and treatment.The tailor-made service has been well received by patients,in that it improves their medical experience and treatment effects.The platform provides not only better health management services for patients with fatty liver but also useful exploration and reference for the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of the medical industry.
