一种面向工程数据的工业知识显性化方法OA
An Industrial Knowledge Explicitification Method for Engineering Data
工业领域产生的知识是企业决策和创新的重要资源.工业知识中的隐性知识具有隐蔽性强、获取困难、复用率低等特点,导致其价值不能充分利用.为了更好地利用隐性知识,辅助企业决策、加快创新,提出一种面向工程数据的工业知识显性化方法.基于流程化、模块化、组件化的思想,构建工业知识组件,实现工业知识的高效重组与复用.实验结果表明,所提出的方法的完成时间相较于传统方法和知识图谱的方法分别缩短了74.09%和70.95%,知识复用率达到了91.20%,知识显性化程度也有所提升.
The knowledge generated in the industrial field is an important resource for enterprise decision-making and innova-tion.The tacit knowledge in industrial knowledge has the characteristics of strong concealment,difficult acquisition and low re-use rate,which leads to the underutilization of its value.In order to better utilize the tacit knowledge,assist enterprise deci-sion-making and accelerate innovation,this paper proposes an industrial knowledge explicitification method for engineering da-ta.Based on the ideas of proceduralization,modularization and componentization,industrial knowledge components are con-structed to achieve efficient recombination and reuse of industrial knowledge.The experimental results show that the comple-tion time of the proposed method is reduced by 74.09%and 70.95%compared to traditional methods and the knowledge graph method,respectively.The knowledge reuse rate reaches 91.20%,and the degree of knowledge explicitification is improved.
