基于波束分裂效应的XL-MIMO近场宽带信道估计研究OA
Research on XL-MIMO Near-field Wideband Channel Estimation Based on Beam Splitting Effect
针对 6G 无线通信网络中超大规模多输入多输出(Extremely Large-scale Multiple-Input Multiple-Output,XL-MIMO)近场宽带系统因波束分裂(Beam Split,BP)效应造成的信道估计精度降低,提出了一种基于子载波分组与单纯形法无网格优化的双线性模式检测(Bilinear Pattern Detection,BPD)算法.由于近场宽带系统的 BP 效应,将宽带系统的子载波进行分组,并且计算每组子载波的角度与距离的双线性模式.联合利用所有子载波组的双线性模式信息,捕获跨子载波频率相关能量的最大响应位置,采用极域同步正交匹配追踪(Polar-domain Simultaneous Orthogonal Matching Pursuit,P-SOMP)算法对信道路径的角度与距离参数进行离散网格下的初步估计.考虑到实际的无线传播中,信道路径的角度与距离参数具有连续取值的特性,离散网格建模不可避免地会引入网格失配误差,利用单纯形法对初步估计得到的路径信息进行无网格精细化优化.仿真表明,所提算法能够减小 BP 效应的影响,同时相比于 BPD 算法在近场宽带中的信道估计性能有明显提升.
Aiming at the channel estimation accuracy degradation caused by the Beam Split(BP)effect in Extremely Large-scale Multiple-Input Multiple-Output(XL-MIMO)near-field wideband systems for 6G wireless communication networks,a Bilinear Pattern Detection(BPD)algorithm is proposed based on subcarrier grouping and gridless optimization with the simplex method.Due to the BP effect in near-field wideband systems,the subcarriers of the wideband system are grouped,and the bilinear patterns of angle and distance for each subcarrier group are calculated.By jointly utilizing the bilinear pattern information of all subcarrier groups,the maximum response position of cross-subcarrier frequency-correlated energy is captured,and the Polar-domain Simultaneous Orthogonal Matching Pursuit(P-SOMP)algorithm is adopted to conduct preliminary estimation of the angle and distance parameters of channel paths under discrete grids.Considering that the angle and distance parameters of channel paths in actual wireless propagation have the characteristic of continuous values,discrete grid modeling inevitably introduces grid mismatch errors.Therefore,the simplex method is employed to perform gridless refined optimization on the preliminarily estimated path information.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the impact of the BP effect,and improve significantly the channel estimation performance in near-field wideband systems compared with the conventional BPD algorithm.
