无人机群通感算协同仿真系统综述:现状、技术与展望OA
Review of UAV Swarm Cooperative Simulation System of Communication,Perception and Computing:Status,Technology and Prospect
在复杂多变环境中,无人机(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle,UAV)群的协同效能高度依赖于通信、感知、计算的深度耦合:通信质量直接影响感知数据的传输效率和决策实时性;感知结果的准确性与覆盖范围又依赖于计算资源的调度与通信链路的可靠性;计算效率则受限于感知输入和通信开销.UAV 群仿真平台可以模拟 UAV 群的行为,提供编队算法、系统设计的评估和验证,降低实验成本和风险.但现有仿真平台大多仅侧重于通信、感知与计算中的某个或某2 个要素,在仿真中未充分考虑三者内在的耦合关系,导致其难以准确刻画 UAV 群在真实环境中的协同行为,造成对集群真实协同效率的评估失真.针对这一问题,系统梳理了与 UAV 群仿真相关的通信、感知和计算中的关键技术,分析不同通感算耦合程度的 UAV 群仿真平台,并提出了一种基于通信、感知、计算一体化(通感算一体化)理念的 UAV 群虚实结合协同仿真系统,为未来高保真、低成本、易扩展的 UAV 群仿真提供了技术路径与系统设计思路.
In a complex and ever-changing environment,the cooperative efficiency of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)swarm is highly dependent on the deep coupling of communication,perception and computing:the quality of communication directly affects the transmission efficiency and real-time decision-making of perception data;the accuracy and coverage of perception results depend on the scheduling of computing resources and the reliability of communication links;the computational efficiency is limited by the perception input and communication overhead.UAV swarm simulation platforms can simulate the behavior of UAV swarms,provide evaluation and verification of formation algorithms and system design,and reduce experimental costs and risks.However,most of the existing simulation platforms only focus on one or two aspects of communication,perception and computing,often failing to account for the internal coupling relationship among the three in the simulation,which makes it difficult to accurately describe the cooperative behavior of the unmanned swarm in real environment,resulting in the distortion of evaluation on the real cooperative efficiency of the swarm.The address the above issue,the key technologies in communication,perception and computing related to the simulation of unmanned swarm are systematically reviewed,the simulation platforms of UAV swarm with different coupling degree of communication,perception and computing are analyzed',and a virtual-real combined cooperative simulation system for UAV swarm based on the concept of integrated communication,perception and computing is proposed.
