苏州元和塘古窑遗址南区出土陶器的科学分析研究OACHSSCD
Scientific analysis of potteries unearthed from the southern area of the Yuanhetang ancient kiln site in Suzhou
苏州元和塘古窑遗址出土了从南宋至明清的大量陶器.为探究该遗址陶器的原料、成分和烧制工艺,提供原始科学数据,并开展纵向对比分析,本研究首次系统选取陶器与周边土壤样品,通过陶瓷密度计、偏光显微镜、X射线荧光光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、热机械分析仪和拉曼光谱仪对其基本性能、岩相特征、胎体成分、物相组成和烧成温度等进行科学研究分析.根据结果可知:该批陶器由铁元素质量分数较高的普通易熔黏土烧成,物理性能较佳,胎质细腻均匀,均为泥质陶器;烧成温度在950~1 050℃之间,属于高温陶器;烧制气氛多为还原气氛,渗碳工艺应用熟练.该研究通过揭示该地区陶器制作的独特技术与优质特点,从科技视角证明苏州地区制陶工艺的不断精进与发展,为古平江窑的发现、确立和研究提供更多的信息和数据支撑.
A large number of potteries dating from the Southern Song to the Ming and Qing Dynasties were unearthed from the Yuanhetang ancient kiln site group in Suzhou.This study selected potteries and soil samples for scientific analysis.Density measurement,petrographic observation,X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray diffraction,thermomechanical analysis,and Raman spectrometry were used to examine their basic properties,body compositions,phase compositions and firing temperatures.The results show that these potteries were made from common fusible clay with relatively high iron content and exhibit good physical properties.The pottery bodies are fine and uniform,and are classified as clay potteries.The firing temperature ranges between 950℃ and 1 050℃,indicating that they belong to the high-temperature category.The firing atmosphere was predominantly reducing,with well-developed carburization techniques.This study reveals the unique techniques and high-quality characteristics of pottery production in this region from a technological perspective,and demonstrates the continuous refinement and development of pottery craftsmanship in the Suzhou area.It provides additional information and supporting data for the discovery,identification,and study of the ancient Pingjiang kiln.
