本研究聚焦故宫博物院养心殿佛塔铜鎏金饰件的清洗方法.前期科学检测显示饰件表面存在黑色沉积物和氧化亚铜锈蚀.基于保存状况评估,设计了分阶段清洗实验,系统比较纸浆敷料和琼脂凝胶两种载体的清洗效果.第一阶段使用2A溶液、非离子型表面活性剂通过两种载体清洗表面沉积物;第二阶段使用EDTA、柠檬酸和酒石酸钾钠三种螯合剂分别通过两种载体清洗锈蚀产物.结果表明,琼脂凝胶载体方法在清洗效果、可控性与环境效益方面显示出优势,为制定铜鎏金文物的清洗技术路线提供了科学依据.

This study focuses on the cleaning methods for gilt copper ornaments from the Buddhist pagoda in the Hall of Mental Cultivation of the Palace Museum.Preliminary scientific analysis revealed the presence of black deposits and cuprous oxide corrosion on the surfaces of the ornaments.Based on condition assessment,phased cleaning experiments were designed to systematically compare the effectiveness of two different carriers:paper pulp poultice and agar gel.In the first phase,2A solution and non-ionic surfactants were applied through both carriers to remove surface deposits.In the second phase,three chelating agents(EDTA,citric acid,and potassium sodium tartrate)were applied through both carriers to remove corrosion products.The results demonstrate that the agar gel carrier method offered advantages in cleaning effectiveness,controllability,and environmental performance,providing scientific guidance for developing cleaning protocols for gilt copper cultural relics.
