高压氧联合经颅磁刺激治疗儿童颅脑损伤后认知障碍的临床效果OA
Clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of cognitive impairment after cranial injury in children
目的 探讨高压氧联合经颅磁刺激治疗儿童颅脑损伤后认知障碍的临床效果.方法 选取广西壮族自治区江滨医院儿童康复科 2021年1月至 2024年12 月收治的 68 例颅脑损伤合并认知障碍的患儿进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方案分为两组,每组各 34例.对照组接受单纯高压氧治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受经颅磁刺激治疗.比较两组临床疗效、韦氏儿童智力量表(WISC-Ⅳ)评分、简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分及不良反应发生率.结果 观察组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05).两组治疗前的WISC-Ⅳ、MMSE评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后的WISC-Ⅳ、MMSE评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 高压氧联合经颅磁刺激治疗儿童颅脑损伤合并认知障碍的临床效果较好,能有效改善患儿认知功能,值得推广应用.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of cognitive impairment after cranial injury in children.Methods A total of 68 children with cranial injury and cognitive impairment admitted to Pediatric Rehabilitation Department,Jiangbin Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2021 to December 2024 were retrospectively selected,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment plans,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received hyperbaric oxygen therapy alone,and the observation group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Wechsler intelligence scale for children-fourth edition(WISC-Ⅳ)score,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the WISC-Ⅳ and MMSE scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the WISC-Ⅳ and MMSE scores of both groups increased,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of cognitive impairment after cranial injury in children is relatively good,which can effectively improve the cognitive function of children and is worthy of promotion and application.
