桑杏苈黄汤治疗小儿急性喘息性支气管炎痰热闭肺证的临床效果OA
Clinical effect of Sangxing Lihuang Decoction in the treatment of children with acute asthmatic bronchitis with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome
目的 观察桑杏苈黄汤治疗小儿急性喘息性支气管炎痰热闭肺证的临床效果.方法 选择 2021年5 月至 2023 年 5 月泰州市姜堰中医院收治的 80 例急性喘息性支气管炎痰热闭肺证患儿,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各40 例.对照组在对症治疗的基础上用吸入用布地奈德混悬液、吸入用异丙托溴铵溶液、硫酸特布他林吸入溶液治疗,试验组在对症治疗的基础上联合桑杏苈黄汤治疗.观察两组治疗效果、主要症状(咳嗽、喘息、痰壅、肺部啰音)消失时间、治疗前后中医证候评分与炎症因子变化情况及不良反应.结果 试验组总有效率为 95.00%,对照组总有效率为 77.50%,试验组的疗效更加显著(P<0.05).试验组的主要症状消失时间均比对照组短(P<0.05).治疗前,两组的主症、次症及总积分比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的炎症因子比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的炎症因子低于对照组(P<0.05).试验组不良反应总发生率为 5.00%,对照组为 22.50%,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05).结论 针对小儿急性喘息性支气管炎痰热闭肺证患儿,采用桑杏苈黄汤治疗效果较好,不仅能改善中医证候,快速缓解患儿临床症状,还可减轻其炎症反应,值得推广.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sangxing Lihuang Decoction in the treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis in children with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome.Methods From May 2021 to May 2023,80 children with acute asthmatic bronchitis with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome admitted to Taizhou Jiangyan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide Suspension for Inhalation,Ipratropium Bromide Solution for Inhalation and Terbutaline Sulfate Inhalation Solution on the basis of symptomatic treatment,while the experimental group was treated with Sangxing Lihuang Decoction on the basis of symptomatic treatment.The treatment effect,the disappearance time of main symptoms(cough,wheezing,phlegm retention,lung rales),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and changes of inflammatory factors before and after treatment and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00％,and that of the control group was 77.50％.The curative effect of the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of main symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms and total score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factors in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.00％,and that in the control group was 22.50％,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with acute asthmatic bronchitis with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome,the therapeutic effect of Sangxing Lihuang Decoction is good,which can not only improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,quickly relieve clinical symptoms of children,but also reduce their inflammatory reaction,and is worth popularizing.
