永磁旋振治疗仪联合中药灌肠、雷火灸治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果OA

Objective To explore the clinical effect of permanent magnetic resonance instrument combined with Chinese herbal enema and thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID)with qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern.Methods A randomized controlled study design was employed.One hundred CPID patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern who visited Guigang Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Orthopedic Hospital between January 2019 and January 2021 were selected as research subjects.Using a random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,each comprising 50 patients.The control group received permanent magnetic resonance instrument therapy,while the observation group received the triple therapy of Chinese herbal enema,thunder-fire moxibustion,and permanent magnetic resonance instrument.The total effective rate of treatment and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),higher than the 80.00%(40/50)in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed lower scores than the control group in core symptoms such as lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral distending pain,and aggravated pain during menstruation(P<0.05).Conclusion The triple therapy combining Chinese herbal enema,thunder-fire moxibustion,and permanent magnetic resonance instrument significantly enhances clinical efficacy in CPID patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type,effectively alleviating symptoms.This approach demonstrates superior outcomes compared to physical therapy alone and warrants clinical promotion.
