坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征患者的临床效果OA

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kuntai Capsules combined with hormone replacement therapy(HRT)in the treatment of patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to the Shanghai Minhang District Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the study sample.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,each comprising 50 cases.The control group received monotherapy with HRT,while the observation group was treated with Kuntai Capsules in combination with HRT.Hormone levels(luteinizing hormone[LH],estradiol[E2],and follicle-stimulating hormone[FSH]),menopausal symptom score(Kupperman score),and quality of life(menopause-specific quality of life[MENQOL])were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of LH and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Kupperman score in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of the MENQOL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kuntai Capsules and HRT in patients with perimenopausal syndrome can promote the regulation of sex hormone levels,improve clinical symptoms,and enhance quality of life.
