保妇康栓联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的效果OA
Effect of Baofukang Suppository combined with Vaginal Live Lacto-bacillus Capsules in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus infection
目的 分析保妇康栓联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染对HPV转阴率与阴道微生态的影响.方法 选取南方医科大学顺德医院附属杏坛医院于 2022 年 6 月至 2024年10 月收治的宫颈HPV感染患者 60 例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各 30 例.对照组采用保妇康栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗.比较两组治疗后HPV转阴率及治疗前后阴道微生态指标(阴道乳酸杆菌异常比例、白带清洁度异常比例、阴道pH值)、阴道菌群多样性、阴道菌群密集度、中医证候积分与不良反应情况.结果 治疗后,观察组HPV转阴率(83.33%)高于对照组(56.67%)(P<0.05);观察组阴道乳酸杆菌异常比例、白带清洁度异常比例、阴道pH值均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阴道菌群多样性Ⅱ～Ⅲ级比例、阴道菌群密集度Ⅱ～Ⅲ级比例均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分中外阴瘙痒、带下量多、腰骶疼痛症状分值均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组无严重不良反应发生.结论 阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈HPV感染有较好的效果,可提高患者HPV转阴率,改善阴道微生态环境.
Objective To analyze the effect of Baofukang Suppository combined with Vaginal Live Lactobacillus Capsules in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus infection(HPV)infection on HPV clearance rate and vaginal microecology.Methods Sixty patients with cervical HPV infection admitted to Xingtan Hospital Affiliated to Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University from June 2022 to October 2024 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group using random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group received Baofukang Suppository,and the observation group was treated with Baofukang Suppository combined with Vaginal Live Lactobacillus Capsules.The HPV clearance rate after treatment,vaginal microecological indicators(proportion of abnormal vaginal lactobacilli,proportion of abnormal leukorrhea cleanliness,vaginal pH value),vaginal flora diversity,vaginal flora density,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the HPV clearance rate of the observation group(83.33%)was higher than that of the control group(56.67%)(P<0.05).The proportions of abnormal vaginal lactobacilli and abnormal leukorrhea cleanliness and vaginal pH in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The diversity of vaginal flora(gradeⅡ-Ⅲ)and the density of vaginal flora(grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ)in the observation group were higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores for vulvar itching,excessive vaginal discharge and lumbosacral pain of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion The combination of Baofukang Suppository and Vaginal Live Lactobacillus Capsules in the treatment of cervical HPV infection has a better effect,which can increase the HPV clearance rate and improve the vaginal microecological environment of patients.
