流产后关爱服务联合互联网管理模式在人工流产患者中的应用效果OA

Objective To explore the application effect of post-abortion care(PAC)combined with Internet-based management model in patients undergoing induced abortion.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 200 patients who underwent induced abortion at the People's Hospital of Wenshan Prefecture between May 2021 and May 2022.The control group comprised 100 patients receiving conventional abortion care from May to August 2021,while the observation group included 100 patients receiving PAC combined with Internet-based management model from October 2021 to May 2022.The two groups were compared in terms of contraceptive knowledge mastery rate,correct contraceptive method utilization rate,rate of repeated unintended pregnancy,rate of repeat abortion,and service satisfaction.Results The observation group showed higher rates of contraceptive knowledge mastery(90.00%vs.80.00%),correct contraceptive method utilization(86.00%vs.74.00%),and service satisfaction(98.00%vs.83.00%)compared to the control group,and the rates of repeated unintended pregnancy(5.00%vs.13.00%)and repeat abortion(2.00%vs.10.00%)were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of PAC with Internet-based management model enhances contraceptive knowledge and practices,reduces unintended pregnancies and repeat abortion,and improves patient satisfaction.
