低频神经肌肉治疗仪联合八髎穴穴位贴敷在女性压力性尿失禁中的应用效果OA
The application effect of low-frequency neuromuscular therapy instrument combined with Baliao acupoint application in female stress urinary incontinence
目的 探讨低频神经肌肉治疗仪联合八髎穴穴位贴敷治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床效果.方法 选取玉林市红十字会医院与广西国际壮医医院门诊 2022 年 9 月至 2025 年 6 月收治的100 例SUI患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各 50 例.对照组采用低频神经肌肉治疗仪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合八髎穴穴位贴敷.比较两组的临床疗效、盆底肌肌力(Ⅰ类肌力强度、Ⅱ类肌力强度、Ⅰ类肌纤维疲劳度、Ⅱ类肌纤维募集时间)、尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)评分、国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)评分及盆底超声参数(膀胱颈移动度、尿道旋转角).结果 与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率更高(94.00%vs 80.00%)(P<0.05).治疗后,两组Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌力强度均较治疗前提升,Ⅰ类肌纤维疲劳度与Ⅱ类肌纤维募集时间下降,且观察组改善幅度更优(P<0.05).与对照组相比,观察组治疗后I-QOL评分更高,ICI-Q-SF评分更低(P<0.05).盆底超声显示,观察组治疗后膀胱颈移动度与尿道旋转角均小于对照组(P<0.05).结论 低频神经肌肉治疗仪联合八髎穴穴位贴敷能有效提升女性SUI患者的盆底肌肌力,改善尿失禁症状及生活质量.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of low-frequency neuromuscular therapy instrument combined with Baliao acupoint application in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods One hundred patients with SUI admitted to the outpatient department of Red Cross Hospital of Yulin City and Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital from September 2022 to June 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment using a low-frequency neuromuscular therapy instrument,while the observation group received combined application of Baliao acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pelvic floor muscle strength(type Ⅰ muscle strength,type Ⅱ muscle strength,type Ⅰ muscle fiber fatigue,type Ⅱ muscle fiber recruitment time),incontinence quality of life instrument(I-QOL)score,International Consultation on incontinence questionnaire urinary incontinence short form(ICI-Q-SF)score,and pelvic floor ultrasound parameters(bladder neck mobility,urethral rotation angle)were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than the control group accounting for 80.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the muscle strength of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ in both groups increased compared to before treatment,while the type Ⅰ muscle fiber fatigue and type Ⅱ muscle fiber recruitment time decreased,and the improvement amplitude in the observation group was better(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group exhibited higher I-QOL score and lower ICI-Q-SF score(P<0.05).Pelvic ultrasound showed that the bladder neck mobility and urethral rotation angle in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of low-frequency neuromuscular therapy instrument and acupoint application at Baliao can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle strength,urinary incontinence symptoms,and quality of life in female patients with SUI.
