针刺联合神经肌肉电刺激、生物反馈疗法治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床效果OA

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with neuromuscular stimulation and biofeedback therapy for female stress urinary incontinence.Methods Sixty female patients with stress urinary incontinence admitted to the Guangzhou Nansha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method.The 30 patients in the control group received neuromuscular stimulation and biofeedback therapy,while the 30 patients in the observation group received additional acupuncture on top of that.After the completion of the treatment course,the International Consultation on incontinence questionnaire-urinary incontinence short form(ICIQ-UI SF)score and the leakage volume during the one-hour pad test before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower scores in the impact of urinary incontinence on life,frequency of leakage,amount of leakage,and total score on the ICIQ-UI SF compared to the control group,with the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a lower amount of leakage during the one-hour pad test compared to the control group,with the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For female patients with stress urinary incontinence,acupuncture combined with neuromuscular stimulation and biofeedback therapy can effectively improve patients'symptoms.The effect is definite and worthy of promotion and application.
