低阶煤热解气化一体化技术开发及试验OA

Development and Test of Coal to Coal-tar and Semi-coke to Syngas Integrated Technology

[目的]陕西延长石油(集团)有限责任公司建成两套进料量10 kg/h、压力分别为1.0和4.0 MPa的热解小试装置,一套进料量36 t/d的粉煤热解气化一体化技术(CCSI)中试装置.通过介绍 CCSI技术原理、工艺流程、热解产物生成规律及中试装置标定结论,全面总结CCSI技术的开发及试验经验,为 CCSI技术的工业化推广应用提供设计依据.[方法]将原煤快速热解与半焦气化耦合在一个反应器内,采用一步法将原煤转化为粗合成气和煤焦油,实现煤炭高效清洁分质利用,该技术能够在特殊反应器内实现能量互补、物料互供.[结果]热解小试装置研究表明,反应温度590~620℃、反应压力≤1.0 MPa,反应气氛模拟合成气,进料粒径300~600 μm,停留时间<1.5 s,能大幅提高焦油产率,合成气中的 CO能够有效抑制水煤气的逆变换反应,降低热解水的生成;考虑反应器结构特征及热解的经济性,煤种选择具有一定的技术要求.CCSI 中试装置研究表明,空气气化的焦油收率 17.12%,有效气(CO+H2+烃类)含量35.10%,氧气气化的焦油收率 15.91%,有效气(CO+H2+CH4)含量 74.74%,碳转化率94.27%,标定结果符合设计要求.

[Purposes]Two sets of pressurized pyrolysis laboratory test devices with a feed rate of 10 kg/h and a set of coal to coal-tar and semi-coke to syngas integrated technology(CCSI)pilot plant with a feed rate of 36 t/d are built by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum(Group)Co.,Ltd.[Methods]The principle,process flow,pyrolysis product formation law,and pilot plant calibration conclusion of CCSI were introduced.The development and test experience of CCSI were summarized comprehen-sively,which provided design basis for the industrial application of CCSI.A high-efficiency clean staged coal utilization technology that couples rapid pyrolysis of raw coal with semi-coke gasification in a single reactor was realized for converting raw coal into crude syngas and coal tar through a one-step method.This technology enables energy complementation and material mutual supply within a special reactor.[Results]The results of pyrolysis pilot plant show that when the reaction temperature is 590-620℃,the reaction pressure is≤1.0 MPa,the reaction atmosphere is simulated syngas,the feed particle size is 300-600 μm,and the residence time is≤1.5 s,the tar yield can be greatly im-proved.CO in the syngas effectively inhibits the inverse conversion reaction of water gas and reduces the formation of pyrolysis water.Considering the structural characteristics of the reactor and the econo-my of pyrolysis,the selection of coal has certain technical requirements.The research on CCSI pilot plant show that,the tar yield of air gasification is 17.12%,the effective gas(CO+H2+hydrocar-bons)content is 35.10%.The tar yield of oxygen gasification is 15.91%,the effective gas(CO+H2+CH4)content is 74.74%,and the carbon conversion rate is 94.27%.The calibration results meet the design requirements.
