Research on suppression methods for drilling support pressure based on drill string mechanics

为解决钻井过程中的托压问题,提高钻井效率,利用全井钻柱力学理论和多体动力学软件,开展扶正器配置对钻井托压行为的抑制效果研究.利用多体动力学软件建立牙轮钻头、扶正器及钻杆等钻具的动力分析模型,根据地层岩性与动力学理论建立机械钻速及钻压波动动力学方程,并通过大北某井的测井数据验证分析模型的有效性.结果表明:模拟数据能够较好地反映测井数据,模型有效;配置扶正器能有效抑制托压现象,改变扶正器外径不能抑制托压行为;在配置合理的情况下,单扶正器远离钻头处配置,可使钻头处钻压增大约30%;配置双扶正器可使钻头钻压波动更小,钻压增大约30%,能有效抑制托压行为;针对目标井,给出优化方案,使得钻头处托压提高46.5%,解决了托压问题.研究成果可为解决现场钻井托压问题提供理论支持与方法参考.

To address the issue of drilling support pressure and enhance drilling efficiency,this study uses whole well drill string dynamics theory and multi-body dynamics software to investigate the suppressive effects of stabilizer configuration on drilling support pressure behavior.Multi-body dynamics software was utilized to establish dynamic analysis models for drilling tools including roller bits,stabilizers,and drill rods.Based on formation lithology and dynamics theory,dynamic equations for mechanical drilling speed and drilling pressure fluctuations were established.The effectiveness of the analysis model was validated using logging data from a well in Dabei.The results show that the simulated data closely reflects the logging data,affirming the model's effectiveness.Configuring stabilizers can effectively suppress drilling support pressure phenomena,whereas altering the outer diameter of stabilizers does not mitigate drilling support pressure behavior.When properly configured,placing a single stabilizer away from the drill bit can increase drilling pressure by approximately 30%.Configuring dual stabilizers can reduce fluctuations in drill bit pressure and increase drilling pressure by approximately 30%,thereby effectively suppressing drilling support pressure behavior.For the target well,an optimized plan was proposed to enhance support pressure at the drill bit by 46.5%,effectively resolving the drilling support pressure issue.The study results provide theoretical support and reference for addressing drilling support pressure on site.
