目前水力机械割刀切割生产管柱、防砂管柱及套管是海上油田大修井及调整井侧钻前井筒准备作业的主要技术之一.切割时产生的切削力大小影响着割刀刀片寿命和切割成败.现有切削力计算方法简化了切削刃参与切割的全过程,使得切削力计算精度较低.为了揭示切割作业时切削力的变化规律,基于金属切削原理和实际切割过程,将刀片切削刃划分为通过旋转运动参与切割的圆周刃和随切割过程刀片不断撑开而参与切割的径向刃,通过铣削几何学和运动学,建立切削力计算模型,从微观角度分析了圆周刃与径向刃参与切割的全过程,计算了切削力大小,并研究切割参数对切削力的影响.结果表明,水力机械切割是多因素影响下的变切削力切割过程,切削过程中其切削力为变量,圆周刃切削力峰值远大于径向刃切削力峰值,且峰值出现时间不同.研究结果进一步揭示了水力机械割刀切削力及切削过程的变化规律,对现场作业切割参数的选择具有一定指导意义.

Currently,hydraulic mechanical cutters are used for cutting production tubing,sand control tubing,and casing in offshore oilfield major repair wells and adjustment wells during sidetracking operations.It is one of the main technologies for wellbore preparation before such operations.The cutting force generated during the cutting process affects the lifespan of the cutter blades and the overall success of the operation.Existing methods for calculating cutting force simplify the comprehensive engagement of the cutting edge,leading to lower accuracy in cutting force calculations.To reveal the dynamic patterns of cutting force during cutting process,based on the principles of metal cutting and the actual cutting process,the cutting edge of the blade is divided into a circular edge that participates in cutting through rotational motion and a radial edge that engages in cutting as the blade continuously expands during the process.By applying milling geometry and kinematics,a cutting force calculation model is established,analyzing the entire cutting process of the circular and radial edges from a microscopic perspective to determine the cutting force magnitude.The impact of various cutting parameters on cutting force is also examined.The results indicate that hydraulic mechanical cutting involves variable cutting forces influenced by multiple factors.During a single cutting,the cutting force fluctuates,with the peak force exerted by the circular edge substantially exceeding that of the radial edge,and these peaks occur at different times.The research findings further reveal the dynamic patterns of cutting forces and the cutting process of hydraulic mechanical cutters.These insights are instrumental in guiding the selection of cutting parameters during on-site operations.
