Analysis of Abnormal Route Pre-notification Reception Caused by Data Mismatch Between CIR and CTC
通过研究机车综合无线通信设备(Cab Integrated Radio communication equipment,CIR)无线车次号校核信息传输方式、调度集中系统(Centralized Traffic Control,CTC)发送进路预告的机制和流程,深入分析列车进路预告信息在CTC设备、GSM-R网络中的流转方式,针对因GSM-R网络覆盖异常、CIR小区附着异常、GSM-R设备故障等问题造成的CIR无线车次校核信息中小区号码与CTC存储线路小区号码不一致,导致进路预告信息无法正常发送的问题进行专项研究,并提出解决方案,进一步提升进路预告传送的稳定性与可靠性.
This paper studies the transmission mode of wireless train number verification information of the Cab Integrated Radio communication equipment(CIR)and the mechanism and process of route pre-notification issuance of the Centralized Traffic Control system(CTC).It provides an in-depth analysis of the transmission mode of train route pre-notification information in CTC equipment and GSM-R network.A targeted research is conducted on the inconsistency between the cell number contained in the CIR wireless train number verification information and the cell number of the line stored in CTC due to abnormal GSM-R network coverage,abnormal CIR cell attachment and GSM-R equipment failure,a problem that results in the failure of normal transmission of the route pre-notification information.Corresponding solutions are proposed to further improve the stability and reliability of route pre-notification transmission.
