低空经济规模化发展的需求机制与现实挑战OA

This paper proposes a"demand-technology-challenge"analysis framework through a systematic analysis of the core demands for and key challenges in the development of the low-altitude economy from demonstrative exploration to large-scale commercial application.It presents an in-depth analysis of the industry's four core demands that support the large-scale development of the low-altitude economy,i.e.,rule-based industry integration,proactive safety governance,efficient resource coordination,and multi-dimensional in-depth application.It also demonstrates the high-level dependence of the industry's large-scale development on two basic technologies,i.e.large computation power and data security.Additionally,this paper reveals the industry's three demand-restraining bottlenecks,i.e.lack of up-to-date regulations and standards,challenges in technology integration and balances in business models.This research establishes a reasoned and structured cognitive framework that provides important theoretical and practical support for identifying the main conflicts in the current development phase of the low-altitude economy and understanding the key focuses in policy making and industry investment.
