The Impact and Action Mechanism of Artificial Intelligence on Urban New Quality Productivity
作为一种新型通用目的技术,人工智能已成为驱动城市新质生产力发展的重要动力.文章选取2011-2024年我国277个地级及以上城市的面板数据作为研究样本,探究人工智能与城市新质生产力之间的关系.结果表明,人工智能可以促进城市新质生产力发展.异质性检验结果表明,在非老工业基地城市和大城市中,人工智能对城市新质生产力发展的促进作用更强.中介效应检验结果表明,创新环境在人工智能与城市新质生产力之间发挥中介效应.调节效应检验结果表明,创新型产业集群试点政策可有效增强人工智能对城市新质生产力发展的促进作用.
As a new type of general-purpose technology,artificial intelligence has become an important driving force for the development of urban new quality productivity.The panel data of 277 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2011 to 2024 are selected as the research sample by this paper to explore the relationship between artificial intelligence and urban new quality productivity.The results show that artificial intelligence can promote the development of urban new quality productivity.Heterogeneity tests show that in non-old industrial base cities and large cities,artificial intelligence has a stronger promoting ef-fect on the development of urban new quality productivity.Mediation effect tests indicate that the innovation environment plays a mediating role between artificial intelligence and urban new quality productivity.Moderating effect tests indicate that pilot policies for innovative industrial clusters can effectively enhance the promoting effect of artificial intelligence on the development of urban new quality productivity.
