The Impact of Artificial Intelligence Innovation Cooperation Networks on Urban Economic Resilience
作为承载人工智能技术研发与扩散的重要平台,人工智能创新合作网络为城市经济韧性提升带来了重大机遇.文章基于2010-2023年我国282个地级及以上城市的面板数据,实证考察人工智能创新合作网络与城市经济韧性之间的关系.结果表明:人工智能创新合作网络的构建可显著增强城市经济韧性,具体表现为人工智能创新合作网络关联度、度数中心度、中介中心度、接近中心度对城市经济韧性均发挥显著的促进作用;人工智能创新合作网络对城市经济韧性的影响效应在行政等级较高、非老工业基地、三大城市群城市更强;人工智能创新合作网络可通过推动产业专业化集聚和产业多样化集聚显著增强城市经济韧性.
As an important platform for the development and diffusion of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,the AI innova-tion cooperation network brings significant opportunities for enhancing urban economic resilience.Based on the panel data of 282 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2010 to 2023,this paper empirically examines the relationship between AI innova-tion cooperation networks and urban economic resilience.The results show that the construction of an AI innovation cooperation network can significantly enhance urban economic resilience.Specifically,the strength,degree centrality,betweenness centrality,and closeness centrality of the AI innovation cooperation network all play a significant role in promoting urban economic resil-ience.The impact of the AI innovation cooperation network on urban economic resilience is stronger in cities with higher adminis-trative ranks,non-old industrial bases,and the three major urban agglomerations.The AI innovation cooperation network can sig-nificantly enhance urban economic resilience by promoting specialized industrial agglomeration and diversified industrial agglom-eration.
